Career progression for Healthcare Assistants

Healthcare Assistants salaries are above the Manchester Real Living Wage to reflect skills, qualifications and importance to our healthcare service.

Salaries paid weekly in arrears, including mileage allowance.

Holiday pay is uncapped and accrued so you can take paid leave, it does not form part of your weekly salary.

Free DBS 

Uniforms provided at no cost.

Mobiles Phones provided for use with our Electronic care visit logging.

HMRC Mileage Allowance paid in full. Currently 0.45 pence per mile. Our electronic system calculates your mileage through GPS.

Healthcare Assistants are issued with a care pack containing essential supplies that services users may run out of, dry wipes, conti-pads, single use face cloths and packs of soap leaves for your hand washing.

No experience  necessary as full training is provided,  and mentoring with a skilled Healthcare Assistant.

12 week probation period, during which you have three supervision and support to gain your Care Certificate

Stress Helpline, a 24 hour confidential helpline for all staff members to access if required.
