salaries & Mileage
Healthcare Assistants salaries are above the Manchester Real Living Wage to reflect skills, qualifications and importance to our healthcare service.
Salaries paid weekly in arrears, including mileage allowance.
Holiday pay is uncapped and accrued so you can take paid leave, it does not form part of your weekly salary.
HMRC Mileage Allowance paid in full. Currently 0.45 pence per mile. Our electronic system calculates your mileage through GPS.

No experience necessary as full training is provided, and mentoring with a skilled Healthcare Assistant.
12 week probation period, during which you have three supervision and support to gain your Care Certificate
