- Daily care visits, either flexible or time specific tailored to meet the needs of the service user.
- Day sits
- Shopping calls
- Night Sits
- Personal care: assisting with washing, dressing, using bathroom facilities, incontinence care, oral care, hair care and skin care.
- Medication management: Administering medication as prescribed (where we are the sole administrator), prompting medication, reordering medication (if responsible) and/or prompting reordering by service user or family.
- Moving and Handling: Using equipment to aid in mobility of service users supplied by an OT or service user, that has been risk assessed. Keeping equipment clean and hygienic for the service user.
- Sitting Service: Day and night sits to provide family/carer respite. Service user support via short day sits, shopping calls and 24 hours sits.
- Domestic Tasks: Light housework to include laundry, dusting and hovering, waste disposal and cleaning areas used by care staff.
- Food preparation: Food preparation to meet the service user needs and preferences. Choice of nutrition and hydration will be offered to the service user. Assisting with feeding and hydration.
